I used my visa debit card in the app and paid for a grocery delivery - even paid the extra money for priority express, to have it delivered right away- and wouldn't you know it, after completing all of the checkout steps, surprise, surprise, it does not register in the app and I don't get an order #. Do you think i'll have a better chance by going to the store and ask for help? He also needed to let his supervisor check over it or something. ![]() Finally, he asked me to email a screenshot of my CC transaction to (legit?) and that I'll have to wait 48h. He said he couldn't see any transaction, so I had to explain the situation to him like 4 times. We had a hard time understanding each other, he even made me wait a couple of times without any warning. I called customer service, it's quite late, so I am guessing they have their B line up or something, because the guy barely spoke french or english. So even though there is no record of any order made, my GC balance is now 0 and my credit card was charged with the remaining balance. I used the remaining of my gift card balance and paid the outstanding balance with my CC. I received no confirmation, and there is no record in my account that an order has been placed.
